FAQ

• Where do you ship?    Currently, we are not shipping internationally, and only within North America. 
• How long does shipping take?  Usually, your product will be processed within 7-10 days of your order being placed.  Some custom products may take a bit longer.  Depending on where you are located, shipping could take another 7-10 days after order is processed. 
•  What kind of paper do you use for prints?  All prints are Giclee Fine Art prints and are printed on gallery quality matte paper, with the exception of our canvases, which are archival inks on gallery quality stretched canvas.  
• Do you offer framing options?  Framing options are in the works and will be included soon!
• Does canvas artwork come ready to hang?  Yes, it does!  
• Do you work with wholesalers, welcome licensing opportunities, and desire to hear from interior designers?  Why, yes...Yes, I do!
• What payment types are accepted?  We accept all major credit cards.  
• How will my order be shipped? All orders will be shipped USPS or equivalent carrier and will be tracked/insured.  
• What is your return policy?  All art print sales are final, as they are all considered "made to order".
