Refund policy

Because all orders are considered custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  In the event that a product is damaged upon arrival, we will deal with this on a case by case basis and will do our best to offer a satisfactory solution.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
